Enrolment Application

Please take note of the following before completing this form:

    1. Students enrolling into Kindergarten must turn five (5) before 30th of April.
    2. All information will be used for school administration and education purposes only.
    3. In the event that a place is available, you will be contacted by the Enrolment Officer and your child will be required to attend an enrolment screening.
    4. The acceptance of this form does not guarantee an offer of enrolment.
    5. Applications for the year group that has reached its maximum capacity will be added to the waiting list.
