Al Zahra College (Arncliffe) invites applications for scholarships for entry in Years 5 – 11. The College offers fulland partial scholarships for tuition fees. All other fees and charges normally payable will apply. Five types ofscholarships are available to be awarded: Academic; Sporting; Indigenous; Quranic; and Orphans.
ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS
Academic scholarships are awarded for academic merit. The selection is based on:
· A level of outstanding achievement in state and/or national testing programs
· Academic excellence from previous years of study based on school reports
· Evidence of a willingness involved in the wider life of the college
QURANIC SCHOLARSHIPS
Quranic scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding memorisation and recitation ability of one section (volume).
