Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Compliance Officer to ensure Al Zahra College meets all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements as an independent Islamic IB World School in NSW.

This is a critical role responsible for managing compliance across multiple frameworks, including NESA registration and accreditation, IB authorisation and evaluation, child protection and safeguarding, work health and safety, privacy, anti-discrimination, employment law, and other regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong regulatory knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across our school community while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.

This is a full-time, ongoing position reporting directly to the Headmaster with a dotted line to the Governing Council.
