Family tuition fee discount per semester
- Families with two or three children enrolled — $150 tuition fee discount per child.
- Any additional younger sibling after the third child — 100% tuition fee discount.

Additional fees apply for IB courses delivered by external providers, as well as camps, interschool events, school functions and specialised trips. These are invoiced as required and must be paid by the specified due date.

Withdrawal
Early withdrawal charges

2026 School Fees Policy
School fees refer to the tuition and curriculum fees associated with your child's schooling at Al Zahra College.
Billing and payment
- Tuition and curriculum fees are billed at the beginning of each semester.
- School fees are due 14 days after the start of each semester.
- Additional fees are billed as required and must be paid by the specified due date.
- Payments can be made by direct deposit, BPAY, cash/EFTPOS, or via the Sentral Parents app.
Non-payment of fees
As per the Enrolment Policy, non-payment of fees may result in withdrawal of the student's enrolment. Families experiencing financial difficulty must contact the Finance Committee at finance@azc.nsw.edu.au at least 10 days before the due date. Fees outstanding after the due date without prior contact will be considered delinquent and may be referred to a collection agency, incurring further costs.
Re-registration
Re-registration for the next academic year must be confirmed by 1 November. A school fee deposit of $500 is payable by the end of Term 4 once re-registration is confirmed. The deposit is credited towards school fees and is non-refundable if a withdrawal notice is received after 15 January. Failure to pay the deposit by the due date will result in immediate withdrawal of the student's enrolment.
Late enrolment
- Students enrolling during the first four weeks of school are billed the full school fee.
- Students enrolling after the first four weeks are billed proportionally for the weeks of school remaining, plus a late enrolment surcharge of 5% of the annual fees.
Liability
If both parents have signed the enrolment form, each is fully responsible for paying all school fees and any additional charges, regardless of any personal arrangements, unless otherwise specified by a court order. Any request to vary the agreement must be made in writing and approved by the College.
