On the 15th of Shaaban of the year 1998 (December) the 20 year plan for Al Zahra College was drafted during a dinner at the University of NSW. Below are the details of that plan, of which the stage one has been completed:

Stage 1 : Primary School (One Stream) |

200 students in fully equipped Primary School including full-sized classrooms, library administration area, hall, prayer facility, special education areas for computers and intensive language classes. |

Stage 2 : Long Day care Centre (36 places) |

Location at 28-30 Booth St, Arncliffe. |

To accommodate an additional 150 students with the relevant facilities. |

A fully equipped and purpose-built secondary school to accommodate 400 students to year 12. |
